I love that Hand & Stone offers the Cryo-Skin treatments along with the amazing facials and massage options. Stephanie and Kira are so great! They are both so thorough and kind!

I have a lot of tightness in shoulder/neck area due to stress. My own stretching works somewhat, but a regular massage is the only thing I can find to improve the situation.

I have always had top notch customer service. The ONLY thing I would love is easier navigation to find the membership login and more visibility/recommendation on how to use and earn loyalty points. Thanks!
