Your massage therapist Kyle is the main reason why I go to Hand and Stone Massage. He really cares about his clients. I had to cancel an appointment in June and forgot to rebook in July and August and he had the front desk call to make sure I was OK because he was worried. That is personal customer service that you can't find anywhere these days. You need to make sure you keep him happy as his employer. He is someone you cannot afford to lose. Give him a raise.

I love the therapist that I see regularly! She always makes sure to focus on my needs and also remembers the areas of focus for the next visit!
