I received a gift certificate to Hand and Stone from a friend several years ago... and became a member after my first visit! A very professional, yet warm and welcoming environment. From ease of making appointments, to the top-shelf services I am a very happy member!

It was a good experience. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. The front desk was very helpful and friendly and the esthetician was very knowledgeable and made the whole experience great.

Last night when I took my son I was still charged $10 transfer fee (he is 13) even though the teen facial is $59.95. I felt using a credit and paying the $10 fee that fee should have been waived since it is $20 less. The therapist was great so I didn’t make an issue, but you made $30 additional.

Every staff member I interacted with was kind. The entire experience went smoothly. The massage was amazing and I felt less stresses afterwards. I signed up for the membership
