Hand and Stone

I feel like there maybe new management and I was quite impressed. My last visit, ( prior to this visit on May 12) left me feeling like I might cancel my membership because receptionists were not engaging or interested at all.

The massage was excellent. The water not so good. Flavored water warm and bland. My body felt amazing after.

Although discussed with the manager, left 2 messages to request an appointment. Understand this is staffing related. I do want to thank those that continue to work. The new manger seems very interested and attentive to clients.

I had a great facial and the staff was very friendly. I won't recommend any Hand and Stone or become a member because my membership lapsed over the pandemic and I lost around $500 in packages. Complete disgrace that your company takes money form clients while they can't access your services due to a pandemic.

The receptionist and my esthetician were incredibly friendly and professional. My esthetician did a wonderful job assessing and treating my skin. The ambiance was incredibly relaxing.

My massage Therapist, LaToya, did a wonderful job. Very satisfied by her skills.

Jean was was wonderful. She explained everything she was doing and what products she was using. She also recommended a few based off my needs. I will definitely come back to see her.

The friendliness of staff, cleanliness of the spaces, knowledge of therapist, much needed relaxation, use of music and sound machine, low-lit room was comfortable. Pressure was good

The Newtown Sq location is 5 min from my home. there is always plenty of parking. I have never been disappointed with the service I have received at this location.
