I go because I have fibromyalgia and tendonitis and my therapist knows how to relieve my pain better than anyone have been to - includes doctors and pt

My visit was amazing tried the hot stone it was nice to change it up alittle and Cat was amazing and really listen to what was hurting

Latoya made me feel very much at ease. I am particular about what makes me comfortable or uncomfortable during a service. But Latoya did not make me feel like I was being difficult or anything negative. Instead she went out of my way to feel comfortable and address my concerns. Her service was great and she worked hard to help soothe my muscle tension. The front desk staff was also very kind. I don't know their names. But when I ran into a problem by having misplaced my wallet, they were so gracious and patiently helped me problem solve and were so reassuring that it was going to be okay. I was so panicked that my wallet was stolen or lost and they gave me the time to process and retrace my steps mentally, and helped me to make sure everything was squared away at H&S. But they seemed genuinely concerned that I was okay and didn't want me to cry in panic. I am so grateful for that. I knew that, as a client of 4 years and human, I wouldn't leave them without payment. But they didn't know me or that I wouldn't do that. So I was happy for the time to work it out.

Rachel is a great Esthetician. I have been going to her since November 2021. She takes her time, explains what I need done and is very knowledgeable.

My aesthetician is friendly and helpful. My skin always looks amazing after a facial from her.

The therapist was pleasant and had a lot of suggestions to make my experience a good one. She had knowledge of what she was doing and gave a Good relaxing massage
