This was the first time I booked at this location and the staff was extremely welcoming and nice. My massage therapist, LaToya, was amazing! This was definitely up there with one of the best massages I've had.

My massage therapist is always kind and comapassionate. She is proficient in getting to the root of my aches. Her knowledge is extensive.

I enjoyed the me time. The quiet, soft, relaxing music. The kindness of the staff.

Jean was AMAZING!!! My skin looks amazing! It is so clear and so smooth. Jean really listened to me and gave me suggestions for my skin type. She took a lot of time for extractions, this facial was worth every single penny!! I have never walked away from a facial with such fast and visible results, and other people noticing and complimenting my skin! I will definitely see Jean again!

The store was very clean. The staff were friendly. Also, the pricing is the right fit for me.

Chloe greeted me warmly when I arrived and introduced myself; I haven’t been there for 1.5 years. She offered me use of rest room before my facial and I made use of it. Rachel gave me a great facial and it was heavenly to be back in that warm bed...so relaxing! Rachel is great and I usually book my appointment with her.

The receptionist was able to book me with a vaccinated therapist. Although I am vaccinated, I am immunocompromised and felt more comfortable with a vaccinated person in such a small room for a long period of time. My usual Broomall location would not accommodate my request due to "privacy issues". If a therapist is willing to disclose s/he is vaccinated I don't see why it should be an issue. The salon should try to accommodate the special needs of a long-time member. I drove twice the distance to Edgemont and will probably change my membership to that location if I keep it. I am seriously thinking of cancelling my membership. The receptionist and massage therapist at Edgemont were professional yet friendly. There were only a few people and I was able to distance. I am disappointed though that they don't offer an 80 minute massage - only 50 or 100 minutes. That's a little too long -- 80 minutes is perfect for me. Since I have some banked massages I'm going to do 100 minutes next time but have to think about continuing my membership. This is the first time in many years that I have considered cancelling.

Massage therapist was wonderful - very friendly and listened to me about pressure and temperature. Wonderful!

Jess was my massage therapist and she was incredible at relieving my knots while also allowing me to fully relax. She was incredible.
