Latoya is wonderful. She knows the exact pressure I need and she is very knowledgeable and aware of what she’s doing. She’s a great personality and just a perfect amount of discussion is involved.

I had a very enjoyable experience with no problems. Everyone at this location was pleasant to interact with. I only wish this location was closer to my home, I prefer it to the location that is closer.

Amanda was my massage therapist. She made me feel welcome, asked if I had any specific areas that required additional attention and also offered me water when the massage was complete. It was my first time getting a professional massage and she made me feel very comfortable. She also gave me specific, very helpful post massage instructions. She was pleasant and made it such a great experience that I signed up for a membership. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant as well. They didn't pressure sell the membership and were very detailed about the benefits of membership. I have been experiencing daily headaches from stress and arthritis. After my massage yesterday, I went thru the rest of my day headache free! I even work up this morning feeling better than I usually do. I will definitely be making massage and Hand and Stone part of my routine self care regimen!

We have been members for quite some time and we love the experience overall. The only issue is therapist turnover. My wife and I have had to change therapists several times.

Your office was efficient. Massage therapist was cheerful and skilled. Your offices were as I remember them, quite clean and light.

Professionalism of staff

The whole experience was wonderful. The receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating. The place smelled so good when I walked in, I think it was a mango candle burning. The woman who did my massage was very nice and made me feel relaxed. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and would come back to this location again!
