Therapist focused on specific areas of concern to try to relieve the tension I was feeling. She spoke to the person who recommended me beforehand and had knowledge about what I have been dealing with in the past few years. This helped tremendously and made her go above and beyond!

Latoya is the best! She always goes above and beyond to give me an excellent massage.

I was very satisfied with my Massage. There was an issue that occurred during my massage, as the "Fire Alarm" went off in the middle of my appointment. It was necessary to dress quickly and exit the building. After a few minutes of the building being checked and the alarms released, we were able to re-enter the building. The massage therapist was Very willing to continue my Massage with no hesitation. She completed my massage with no stress or break of continuity. She also was willing to make up the time that was lost, and gave up her break time to complete the massage. She was very professional and kept very calm during this issue. She was one of the best Therapists I have experienced at Hand and Stone, and will schedule again with her.

Good pressure

The massage & the facial were very relaxing. The therapists were very knowledgeable & friendly. I would prefer paying the day of the service. I’m 8 payments ahead, my wife has 3 she hasn’t used. Therefore I want to stop the automatic charge to my credit card now, Thx, Paul Sottile

I have been coming to This location and having massages by Amanda for several years. I always feel good afterward, even when she’s gone really deep with the pressure on my sorest muscles. She is so friendly and caring - as is the woman who is typically at the front desk when I come. Makes me feel welcomed and like an “old friend.”
