I really enjoyed my massage - it helped me relax and feel so much better. Christina is great at what she does!

The front desk welcomed me, Let me know it would be a few minutes. The therapist asked questions to improve and help me and knowledgeable as well as offering advice for muscles stretching and hydration

Angela is amazing. She always welcomes me with such warmth. She listens if I have areas of concern. The overall facial is the best I have ever had. I just wish there is a room to go to after, where you can just relax and not have to rush to put your street clothes back on and leave.

There were two staff working on laptop in the lobby waiting area w/logo shirt on. Maybe fixing wifi but kinda put me back in work mode vs somewhere to chill relax while waiting on or services.. Also need to get that smell good spa/service vibe going. All clean and lovely but would like to get that sense of being where I am getting a little pampering for myself. These are little touches that could make a difference. Also bathrooms need a little TLC but nothing major... a little warmth, and a few more cross checks on garbage and hair in sink.. (small things) ....Everyone I came across or assisted was calm, communicative, friendly and willing to help. On my wish list like other places I go... AFTER massage just a spot to relax and regroup before going to the bright lobby and making payment. I know rooms need to be turned but just a little room where one can transition back to the lobby. Just a thought. THANKS see ya'll next month.

Satisfied with the service, staff makes you feel welcome and part of the family, I wish there were more perks for members though. $5 price difference from non-members is not that attractive to the membership commitment

By the time my facial was completed, I was thoroughly relaxed. My skin felt totally hydrated and looked great.

My visit to Hand and Stone was a very satisfying experience from the initial greeting to booking my next appointment. Kudos to Stacy, Britinie and Gracie for their knowledge and assistance. I will be returning shortly for another facial and to try the massage services.

I felt an immediate relief from pain in my neck and back. I was also satisfied with the amount of pressure she used. She was very knowledgeable about inflammation and tightness of my muscles.
