I booked my massage on the day I requested. Staff were very friendly and therapist was responsive to my requests. I was sore for the next few days so next time I will ask for less pressure.

I schedule the same therapist in advance, for continuity with pain relief due to multiple pre-existing musculoskeletal issues.

It was easy to book an appointment, to check in and get my massage. My massage therapist, Katherine, was very professional and used the right amount of pressure during my massage. I felt very relaxed after my massage.

Devida gave me a wonderful and relaxing massage and facial. I was completely satisfied

Massage services with David Knight are always spectacular- he is always respectful, asks what areas we need to focus on and always addresses those needs. The newer towels are appreciated- the others were threadbare and grey. The table linens could be improved. They get skanky with so much use. They look like they came from the "no-tell motel" :) The more recent issue I personally have is the reduction of specials that are offered to long time clients. I depend on these biannual events to purchase a large amount of gift cards to use through the next 6 months. The "christmas in july" event is just anemic this year. Math isn't my strong suit, but it appears that the discount is approx 8.5%. Unfortunately this just isn't enticing enough for me to spend $1200. Without these specials, I will have to limit my appointments going forward. I guess there are others willing to take my spot, so it just doesn't matter. Lastly- always an issue, getting experienced therapists. Not a new issue- you are all aware. I do want to comment on the wonderful job that Faith Maung has been doing. She is an amazing addition to management!! Give that chick a raise- she's a hard worker! Thank you! Dr Vicki
