The receptionist team is very professional and understanding of your needs. They definitely take the time to help you get the exact appointment that you are looking for. My aesthetician is amazing, and I would go back to her every time. Definitely worth having the membership.

My satisfaction stems entirely from Katherine, her friendliness, competence, and professionalism. She is terrific and one of the best I have ever experienced. The staff at the reception are not always as knowledgeable and competent but that is a small price to pay to have access to such a great esthetician. Please convey my appreciation to her.

Amber was amazing!!! Professional, knowledgeable, she helped my skin and my daughter’s tremendously and put my daughters fears at ease. I’ll definitely request her again!

Teo did my massage, and she was fantastic! She helped me get comfortable (not always easy on the stomach!). At the end, I was both energized and relaxed - a great massage!

The reason I have a club membership is because of my therapist, Katie. She is fantastic, service oriented and is always able to help relieve chronic pain in my neck and shoulders. She is a star. Also, the staff is very friendly and the location is very close to my house.

I was having severe back pain and needed to be seen quickly. I called the San Felipe location, the receptionist was nice, accommodating, and worked to get me seen the following day. The reception area is very nice, welcoming and the front desk staff were friendly and informative. The massage therapist was absolutely amazing, best I had in years. She listened to my concerns, pain areas, and level of pressure I preferred. She went to work and it was wonderful. Exactly what I needed. I signed up for a membership that day, and will be coming back monthly. Prices are reasonable based upon other salons I called, and the value is well worth it! Great experience!

Angelica is so amazing, she made sure I was doing well throughout the whole visit and she is a breath of fresh air, def recommended by me!

Absolutely love Antonio! He is very knowledgeable about the body and how to help with aches and pains. He always makes me feel relaxed when I leave. The front desk is always friendly, quick and able to answer all my questions!
