I’m interested in a spa that has a more relaxing setting/seating area before and after treatment.

Penelope at the San Felipe location is my esthetician. She is my favorite and only person I will allow to touch and scrape at my face because she is thorough and knowledgeable with what to do. She's great with recommending treatments and products for me. I always have a great experience at Hand and Stone and with my esthetician!

Therapist performed massage exactly as I requested. She also allowed me to sleep during the massage. No unnecessary chatter.

I love how Tatiana my esthetician handles my facial from start to finish. She spend a good deep of time relaxing my face with massage as she applies the product. Unlike many spas...she applies the product over face and neck and even apply something to my décolletage .. I usually add on additional services that stretch my treatment longer than an hour. She remembers my likes. She always offer some Samples on the way out of the service and she is truly delightful. Please Thank Her Again from Me. I was amazed that my therapist remembered me! I hadn't been there since pre-pandemic due to fear of contracting covid and my diagnosis and treatment of cancer, causing me to be immunocompromised. Carmen not only remembered me, but remembered the pressure I used to like and other. Additionally she's so incredible at finding the tight muscles and working out the knots. She's a treasure!! Best I've had at Hand and Stone.

I have been seeing Aubrey for several months and she always does a wonderful job. She remembers the pressure I like and the areas that always need work, she spends extra time on my shoulders and neck and I don’t feel like she skimps on the time and care she spends on the rest of the massage.
