Every appointment is a positive experience. As soon as I walk in, I’m greeted with positivity & feel welcome. My massage therapist, Antonio, has always gone above & beyond. His technique is always on point and he always knows what to do. I don’t know how he does it! When I leave, tipping is always easy. The receptionist is always nice & during this visit reminded me to finish off my evening & do something relaxing! It made me laugh, but she’s so very right! I highly recommend hand and stone. I often tell my friends!

Angelica, my therapist, was extremely knowledgeable and professional! This was the best message I have ever received and will only be booking with Angelica while I'm in Houston. I originally booked online and the receptionist called to let me know what I book was not possible but I told her what my issues were and she was the one who booked me with Angelica for the specific massage I got so I am very thankful for that.

Abri is an awesome massage therapist. And very caring. Manager is every good. Well run franchise. Newer staff very average. Not rude, not overly friendly. Since covid, front staff overall not as good as previous years.
