Your massage/facial rooms and bathrooms, don’t seems really clean. There is always a layer of dust. And nothing listed about sanitizing areas after use. Door handles, chairs in sitting area, hooks in room, etc.

The staff is kind and courteous. The service rendered was great. The facilities were clean.
