Kathryn was extremely nice and she went the extra mile to help with proper skin care procedures. This was my first visit to Hand and Stone. Based on this experience I'll be back because I trust her techniques. This facial left my skin feeling smooth and hydrated.

The intake staff were very helpful and welcoming. The massage therapist understood my concerns and answered my questions involving my issues. I was very happy with the deep tissue back massage that was administered.

Your customer service is the best service i've experience. The staff is never in a rush and is always welcoming and hospitable. They ask if i would like to drink anything or need to use the restroom. They greet me right away. I love Tatiana! She is consistent with the way she does my facials every time and can always take care of my blemishes or concerns for that day. I always recommend Hand & Stone to others. Please don't ever change your quality of service!
