The location is convenient with easy parking. The knowledge and skill of my therapist is excellent. I enjoy the reception staff.

They had appropriate social distancing practices in place, which made me feel more safe. The massage therapist was polite and provided adequate pressure. This was a clean facility.

THE FRONT STAFF ARE ALWAYS SO PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. MY FAVORITE MASSAGE THERAPIST IS OTHELIA AND SHE IS ALWAYS READY TO WORK OUT MY KINKS.

I'd never had a facial before. Esthetician made me feel comfortable. She was knowledgeable.

I have never been to a hand & stone. I just moved to the area & called because of stiff shoulder pain due to moving stress. I asked for the next available appointment and the receptionist got me in that same evening & the masseuse was already aware of my situation when I arrived. There was no wait time after check in (calling upon arrival) because I was able to do my new customer papers online.

I LOVE the Hand and Stone on San Felipe. Everyone there is friendly, professional, knowledgeable. My therapist was wonderful. I left feeling so much better than when I arrived. I have been a member sine they opened in that location.

I really enjoyed my facial. I had added some add-ons last month so this month I just went with a regular classic facial. I was high pleased when she massaged my neck and shoulders. That usually never happens at the other locations I’ve been to. Thank you Voss location!

Both facial and massage were excellent. Particularly happy 2 see you all might have listened to me in my complaints about the music it is much better and much less Casio Keyboard elevator music. Seriously though all jokes aside thank you for your continued service and respite in these crazy times. Everything was wonderful
