I hate everything about the new tipping system. It’s faster & easier to only checkout once instead of a separate transaction for tipping. I dont have to do this when I get my hair or nails done. Feels like your passing along a point of pain for the business to me, the customer.

Margarit does a phenomenal facial. She is very caring and understanding as well. She’s so good that it keeps getting harder and harder to get the exact appointment time I prefer.

I called for a last-minute appointment because I was having a muscle spasm in my back and I was able to get in quickly. I was not able to get my usual masseuse, but he did a great job.

Therapist spent time listening to my concerns and responded to them even a concern I addressed during the massage.

I wish there were more specials for members. Like reduced price for add one or try a new products for free or get samples etc.

The massage therapist is amazing, friendly and attentive. They make me feel very comfortable and at ease with the whole process and procedure. It’s a hide relief.
