Hand and Stone

I added the foot scrub/massage to my appointment. I was not told that this service would take place within my existing one hour appointment, this cutting into my massage time. I thought the extra charge was for additional time. This was very disappointing and I will not be purchasing add-ons in future

I would like to book appointments online. Need more good people. There are just a few there and it's sometimes hard to get in. Plus the one I like is leaving. :(

Appointment started 5 minutes late. Other than that, overall good experience. Brochure and pricing is very confusing.

Our only concern was our massage therapists spent too much time on one side or one body part in the massage and had to rush through the other side or other parts. Plan to try another therapist next time.

I felt the service ended 5 minutes before it should have.

I wasn't interested in purchasing products. I requested specific massage to left hip area due to recent problem in that area and no attention given to this area before time ran out.

She concentrated too long in knots , which makes me uncomfortable.

Friendly staff and felt welcomed. Office was clean and organized.

I had requested an appt on line at about 7:30am requesting an early am appt. knowing that you don't open till 9:30? I thought I could get in by 11? Finally got a call back about 10:30 for a 12 appt. The person on the phone was friendly. When I got there 15 min early to fill out paper work the girls at the front weren't super friendly. Seemed like they couldn't be bothered. Not rude but just ok. Other then that everything was wonderful. I will be coming back for sure.
