Hand & Stone has an upscale feel to it that makes the overall pampering experience delightful. Brita takes great care of me and is a joy to chat with before I inevitably fall into a meditative state during the session. I’m excited each time my monthly appointment comes around.

This was my first massage with Claudia and she was amazing! I walked in with extreme tightness in my upper back and shoulders and her knowledge and expertise relived so much of my discomfort. I will be booking with her again in the weeks to come.

I’ve had very good luck with the therapists I’ve had at this location. I don’t know them to request someone specifically but it’s worked out well every time.

My first experience with Hand and Stone was this location. I don't live close by locally, I live in another state. All other Hand and Stones are held in comparison to this one and unfortunately they all fall short. So this by far is the best Hand and Stone I've gone to. Whenever I come back into town to visit with friends, I definitely try to make an appointment here

Staff is always very friendly and answers the phones quickly. They always let me know about any special promotions they are having. Great communication. Fantastic masseuse. Love this location! The only thing I would say is that I pay for a monthly membership, and I just feel like services for a member should be a little cheaper. I feel like I am still paying a significant amount of money on additional services even though I am a member.

Jessica my therapist was amazing. She focused on my areas of need and was able to release pressure in my back that had been bothering me. Only issues were adding extra time on the website. I tried to add in person with receptions as I was early and it did not work out with availability of a tx. Check out reception suggested I call in the future when booking appointments.

Maribel is the best & I have been going to her for a long time! I will miss her when she goes on maternity leave & hopes she comes back soon.

George was very knowledgeable with my muscles and physical issues and knew what to do. He listened to what I said about my injuries and gave me a fantastic massage! I would highly recommend George.
