I no longer live near a facility.

I was highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone Experience because Jodi took the time to listen to what I needed and then focused on areas that needed extra attention. She is always happy, pleasant and knowledgeable on how to massage my problems areas. I will continue to request her for all my future appointments.

This location has top notch estheticians and masseuse. Friendly staff in reception and high quality skin products.

Both my daughter and I had waxing on 9/21. My service went fine, but my daughter's service ran long and was cut short, and we had to return the next day. She generally needs at least 90 minutes for a full leg/face/underarm, for some reason, which wasn't what was booked in August when we made the appointment. The aesthetician worked slowly, which is not a problem in a 90-minute appointment, but it was on Saturday and only an hour was booked, which was clearly not sufficient. We are generally happy with the spa services, but we thought we should let you know.

Always a very pleasant experience with the front-end staff, and the whole experience lace is clean and relaxing. The massage therapists are all generally very good, with some who are excellent.

My therapist, Cat was really good at working out the knots. Friendly and knowledgeable, she really helped me a lot.
