The massage therapist was friendly, professional, skilled and the management staff was helpful and the manager was super easygoing. All around good. I wish there was a H&S by the same ownership in Irvine.

My massage therapist applied the desirable amount of pressure. The therapist focused most of her time on the areas I requested. The warmth of the massage table and peaceful music were an added bonus.

It was my first massage with George and he was fantastic! Very Intune with the body and knew exactly how to release pressure. Slept amazing last night from it!

Kay is a wonderful Esthetician! She is polite and professional and while wearing gloves is still able to give a smooth feeling cleansing & massaging of my face. I highly recommend trying her :)

Kamille has been my esthetician for over a year and she is phenomenal in every sense of the word. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the products and always gives me options about what would be the best treatment for my skin for our session. She never tries to push me to buy products, and always makes me feel very relaxed. The only issue I ran into was with one of the receptionists. I don't know her name, but she is the one with long hair and a nose ring, and she was incredibly rude to my mom as she was checking out. No smile, she was incredibly short with her responses, and acted like it was a bother that she was there. I understand people have bad days, but it was by far the worst check out experience ever and we have never had this big of an issue with the front desk employees. We did not appreciate being treated like that.

Kay is so pleasant and made me feel pampered.

My massage therapist Jen is amazing and has a phenomenal knowledge regarding massages. I always book 2 to 3 months in advance to make sure I have the same therapist. Unfortunately in the past when I’ve had someone good they seem to leave but my hope is always to keep someone I am satisfied with. I think Jen is the best so far.

I have been member many years. I always saw Andrianna. Then she left to manage HB location. Then Covid. Now I heard she was back. Booked & it was great as before. Happy she is back
