My massage therapist took her time to understand my concerns. She checked in during the session to make sure I was ok and the pressure was as requested. She followed up with recommendations for next appointment.

Because they were short handed, no one answered the phone for 45 minutes. I was close so I went there to make an appointment. I had to go into the back to find an employee to help me. I did make an appointment for later that day. (Per last minute appointment email).

I really like Camile - My ansetitician. Thank you. Only suggestion is Camile was not aware of your promotion of Spa Enhancements good through 12/31 so she wanted to charge me for the requested enhancement so I need to repeat it was a promotion for the rest of the year.

The massage therapist and receptionists were all professional and kind - very friendly and welcoming and the facility was clean.

I did not feel pain and I was relaxed. The bed was very comfortable and my chin was comfortable when I was face down. I felt listened to and I could tell it was a happy place to work.

Front desk lady was very welcoming & friendly. Massage therapist was amazing! Great customer service all around
