Hand and Stone

I've been coming to Hand and Stone for several years now. They are without a doubt you are the BEST massage establishment I've ever gone to. All of your therapists are qualified and deliver excellent service. I especially like super easy it is to book an appointment - you don't need to book weeks out. I was a member at Massage Envy for a year or so (HORRIBLE experience - difficult to book, inexperienced therapists, expensive, too many rules, etc) and Massage Green (better than Massage Envy but not by much) and nothing has compared to Hand and Stone. You can tell how popular Hand and Stone is by how many people are coming in and out and waiting for appointments in the lobby. I have never had a bad experience at Hand and Stone. Kinda bummed the monthly price has increased, but I guess it's just a sign of the times...Thank you for what you do and standing out ahead of everyone else!

Kim was truly amazing. I felt at ease for my first time having a facial and I now highly consider booking additional sessions with her. She was a joy to work with and I hope to book with her again

Everyone was friendly, including the receptionists and the therapists. My best part, however was my massage. I think her name was Yolanda? But she was excellent, honestly the best massage I’ve had.

I felt completely relaxed during and after my appointment. I got the bikini wax and facial. Both services were first time experiences that Kay did beautifully. I will definitely come back next month.

I told Kay my aesthetician that if my facial was part of the Olympics she would have won gold. Never have I had such a relaxing facial. The results were very noticeable and I would not go to anyone else but Kay. She has a way of doing things that resulted in a positive outcome. She is a keeper.

Although I was expecting a relaxing massage that helped reduce my pain, Ryan was able to help me understand why I was feeling pain in certain areas. I feel a lot better after my session and it was worth not being able to fully relax.
