Quick and easy to check in the with front desk, they communicate clearly about times and future appointments. My masseuse Carolina is phenomenal and a HUGE reason why I keep coming back to Hand and Stone.

I was a few minutes late and Kay was very nice about it, didn't even mention it. She is very nice. I have had this done by her before and she knew exactly what I wanted.

Easy to book appointment on line. Very clean and soothing environment. Kay who did my facial was so nice, friendly, caring about my well being, and terrific in giving a facial. Wow factor

My massage therapist was the best I've ever had. My facial was amazing. I was ready to quit because the phones are not answered so making an appointment was very difficult I decided to stay only because the massage and facial was so good.

This location is far superior to the Tustin location where I signed up. I came to this location for Ruel He is great. Tustin location is hard to get into so that is a frustration of mine. They were 2 weeks out. This location had limited appt. times but they actually had times available. I live in Tustin so that makes it tough to come to Costa Mesa all the time....CM location is always very nice!
