Hand and Stone

From booking to payment to day-of services, I've never experienced an issue with Hand & Stone throughout the duration of my membership. I was also able to temporarily freeze my account for a period of time when budget was tighter, and the receptionist who helped me do this answered every question thoroughly and helpfully. Everyone has been amazing at the Costa Mesa location from the front desk to the therapists themselves.

I've been a member of Hand and Stone for the past 3 years and it's because of people like Kamille why I keep coming back. She is unbelievably kind and truly listens to what I need for my service. She educates me on the products and makes sure I know how to upkeep everything. She makes me feel completely relaxed, and gives me the rejuvenation I need when I go to the spa. I am her client for life and she deserves some kind of raise because she is truly the best aesthetician I've ever had. The receptionists are always friendly and the ambiance is always calming. I would definitely recommend anyone to come to this Hand and Stone location.

Rauol. was so strong and pleasant. He addressed all needs and, today. I feel like a new person. I have much less pain, compared to yesterday. I will definitely return.

She was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job of communicating throughout and providing me with a game plan.

I came in on the off chance there would be a cancellation because I was having problems with my shoulder and arm. Luckily I got in with Jodi. I hadnt had a massage from her before and was so happy and grateful for her work. The front desk is always amazing!

Vanessa my therapist was phenomenal. Woman working front desk was very friendly and helpful.

I tried a new massage therapist, Jenny at Costa Mesa. Her knowledge and experience were impressive. She targeted areas no one has worked on before to help with my tight lower back. She is a great addition to the staff and I am very pleased. I will definitely see her again regularly for massage.
