friendly receptionist; massage was good - I'll be back

Everyone was so friendly, the lobby was lovely, and the massage therapist was very skilled. I can’t wait to come back!

I incorporated the decompression therapy to my massage this time and I think it really helped with my neck and shoulder tension!

My regular therapist no longer there. Reception recommended Upia. She was very good

I was very satisfied with my massage and the massage therapist Myria. I felt so relaxed and good after the massage. She paid attention to my problem areas on my shoulders. She was courteous and made me feel welcome. The receptionist was nice, too. I am continuing my membership for either a massage or facial every month. Thank you for the nice experience.

Melinda the therapist was amazing. She was highly skilled and intuitive. She made me feel comfortable and very cared for. She is one of the best I’ve experienced.

Kay is wonderful! She’s very polite and even though she’s wearing gloves it feels like her actual fingers are cleansing & massaging my face and neck, which she does a great job doing.

Vanessa is my favorite masseuse and I will only go to her. Hand and Stone is wonderful, such nice customer service and the cleanliness is outstanding. The only thing I would say I dont like is there is no locker room or showers to use. But over all, I will continue to have my membership, and will go to the Costa Mesa location every time.

Amber was kind and really made me feel at ease. Part of the spa experience to me is being treated without gloves on the esthetician or the massage therapist. I asked Amber if she would be comfortable not wearing gloves and she said she was. I NEVER want anyone at Hand and Stone to do anything they are not comfortable with, so I try to ask ahead of time about the gloves. I am looking forward to my next facial with her.
