I had a full face hair removal and facial in Costa Mesa. I always make sure that I am with Kay. She is amazing. She is so confident and flowing with all her movements and makes for an invigorating, yet relaxing, hour. I could do it everyday, all day...I wish. The products used for the waxing are also amazing. I will no longer go anywhere else. I get so many compliments on my skin and that it's glowing when I leave the premises. Thank you Kay!

Everyone of the staff I interacted with were very kind, helpful, and pleasant. My massage therapist MaryBelle did an amazing job of identifying and addressing my pain points. Oriana was so nice and helpful with booking my appointments. Superb customer service!

The reception area was clean and inviting. The music in the background was quiet and soothing to listen to. The girls running the reception area were friendly and kind. The aesthetician was professional and knew her products. I enjoyed going to Hand & Stone.

After not getting a massage for over a year because of the pandemic I have to say it was so lovely to get back to my membership and back to getting a massage regularly again.

My massage therapist was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She used the perfect amount of pressure and helped relieve pain areas. She also offered advice on how to help relieve pain areas while at home.
