Massage therapist and receptionist were friendly. My therapist was very caring. However, the receptionist I spoke with on the phone did not pay attention to my request for the couples room when I scheduled my mom and my appt together. My therapist made accommodations once we arrived but during checkout I was surprised with an extra $20 charge for the couples room that I haven’t had before this appt when I’ve requested to have our appts together.

Mariah and I have a good rapport and she understands my issues. She is very responsive to my requests and I always feel comfortable with her

I have some very specific areas that needed serious work after my years of spinal degeneration. Ryan was fantastic. He listened to my concerns and maximized the time on the areas. He was also able to apply a generous amount of pressure which is a must for my rehabilitation. He explained what he was doing along the way and was quite professional.

Danielle, my therapist, was very attentive and had great technique and was very in tune with my needs. My only regret is that I don't get in more often.

Very satisfied with Oriana, her professionalism and friendliness. She always is so warm and sweet. Very satisfied with Camille, my Estethican, who was thorough, professional, and friendly. Disappointed she will not continue working despite all the safety measures in place and client comfortability. If I am comfortable as a client and she is comfortable as a professional, the services should be provided. These are services that make people FEEL better and good about themselves. No longer providing facials for however long the duration may be is disappointing.

Kay is very polite and does an excellent job in giving facials. Even with gloves on her hands & fingers work effortlessly to massage & clean face. I highly recommend her services!
