The only real satisfaction I had with this experience is that I could book a last minute massage when I desperately needed one and all other day spa options were full. However the experience was far below what I expected, specially for the cost. The massage therapist did not focus on the areas I asked her to, got distracted and spent far too much time working in an area I did not need assistance with, using a technique that was simply boring. She put her hands on my back and circled them round and round without really making progress. The time she spent on other areas was minimal, and unevenly divided between my left and right sides.

Atmosphere was scenic, sleek, and clean. The receptionists were kind and efficient as well as considerate. My esthetician was professional, kind, and excellent at her work. The procedure was done in adequate time and I was able to seamlessly schedule my next appointment.

Kim was fantastic! Have been having problems with my skin irritability due to stress, she made me feel super comfortable, and provided me with an action plan after a thorough look at my skin issues. Could feel the relief as the treatment progressed. Super relaxing. Cant wait to go back!

I was very relaxed during the massage. The therapist was not able to address 1 of the 2 problem areas I called out. But for the 1 area that was addressed, it was great.

Came in with a kink in my neck and completely tight. Therapist really helped my problem area and knew what I needed. Felt a LOT better when I left and completely healed the next morning!

The massage therapist, Rubin was excellent, his knowledge of all the muscle groups was great and being a former national class distance runner, I looked for a deep tissue massage and was very happy with him!

Paulina is a wonderful massage therapist and a very nice person. She is attentive to my needs and not only addresses them, but often suggests new methods to help me manage my pain. She is very knowledgeable and well prepared, professional and helpful. I’m very happy with my weekly massages!
