Kay my esthetician was amazing! She gave great recommendations. She even complemented my skin which no one has ever done.

The receptionist was very pleasant and chatted while we waited for our therapist. The place was very clean and I felt comfortable in the store and massage room. The massage was great and just what I needed. Thank you again and I'll be back for more.

Youphine is AMAZING. She goes out of her way to Taylor the massage treatment to my needs. She is very knowledgeable, kind and effective. I have used many other therapists at hand and Stone, and have always had excellent service. Everyone I have come into contact with has been excellent and I really appreciate being a part of the membership.

This appointment overall was great. The 2 receptionists were very friendly and knowledgeable about my account, the massage therapist Crystal was really sweet, and even the other clients were very respectful in the shared spaces. Great first visit back after closure!
