Hand and Stone

Massage was great, but I have much less satisfaction with this survey. Three or more sentences is asking kind of a lot from a “short” survey.

Overall everything was satisfactory. My only comment is that the front desk never asks to use your extra credits with your gift cards. I thought I made it clear to charge the tip with my credits but then see I was charged with my cc on file. I heard them explaining the use of gift cards to another person who asked if her extra services could be paid through the amount on file - the explanation was scattered and not completely understood. They need to ask about using credits instead of being charged. Especialy since we have so much credit in my account. That is only good business policy.

Staff is always friendly and timely. I always leaving feeling refreshed & renewer. I haven’t had a bad experience at Hand & Stone Costa Mesa ever so in my opinion Hand & Stone Costa Mesa staff are truly an amazing team!

Mariah was professional, and was respectful of my areas of discomfort. Mariah is quite skilled and I had a good experience. Your facility is clean and I was comfortable my entire visit.

I just started getting massages earlier this year, and I had no idea what I was missing! The environment is clean, welcoming and safe. I became a member after my second massage, and I look forward to many more experiences with Hand and Stone

Everyone here is super nice and answered all of my questions. I upgraded my facial and it was amazing, the lady who did my facial was Kay and she is super nice And I would definitely recommend Someone to go to her. Wonderful experience.
