Paulina is a wonderful massage therapist and a very nice person. She is attentive to my needs and not only addresses them, but often suggests new methods to help me manage my pain. She is very knowledgeable and well prepared, professional and helpful. I’m very happy with my weekly massages!

I have always been satisfied with my experiences at Hand and Stone. The therapists are knowledgable and always do their best to help me, no matter the need at that appointment. I have also received facials at Hand and Stone as well, and have received the same wonderful treatment as from the massage therapists. I enjoy that recommendations are provided based on what they see during appointment, including from conversations. I hope to come to Hand and Stone more frequently, depending on appointment availability.

I am always highly satisfied with Hand and Stone. I've been a "member" of a few other Massage establishments and nothing compares with Hand and Stone. The consistent quality of the therapists you employ is far above any that I have ever before experienced at my other Massage membership establishments. It almost doesn't matter if I use someone different for each visit as they are ALL good. I've only had one poor(er) massage and it was a male therapist (wish I remembered his name). I'd give it about a 2 on the scale of 10.

The therapist did an amazing job at focusing on the areas that needed most attention. I left the appointment feeling 100% better. The therapist also asked questions about my needs and checked in with me throughout the appointment to make sure everything was to my liking.

Carolina is the reason I keep my membership! She's amazing and does a thorough job every time! She's able to adjust based on my responses, we don't even have to talk about it.
