fFirst, the front desk associates (Sara and someone else) were very friendly, welcoming. Brought my form to me, offered any additions to massage, the "monthly massage special", and offered me water or tea. All with a smile. The therapist, Raul, was very knowledgeable and listened to my areas of concern and addressed them as needed.

The massage therapist was knowledgeable and friendly.

Just remind people in the hallways to be quiet, the room next to my massage or the hallway had what considered louder conversation. I know some people chat during there treatment..

Ashley gives the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ve never received such a consistently satisfying massage that addresses my problem points, and is relaxing at the same time. I call to schedule appointments and the voices that answer are always friendly and professional.

Cindy was very good at identifying my problem area and helping me address those areas.

I have a shoulder problem. My weekly massage relaxes my shoulder so much that I am able to avoid surgery. Hand & Stone is my “happy place”. My massage therapist is fantastic! I can’t thank her enough!
