Although my therapist is usually running late she always gives me my full time and has the right pressure. Which is why I continue to come back to her.

Jennifer gave me the best facial I have ever had. It was so relaxing and my face felt so good after. I would have her do another facial again and would definitely tell my friends about her.

I really enjoyed the massage therapist that I was assigned to yesterday. It seemed that she modified her massage based on my body. By that I mean that she worked on areas that were tighter and it seemed like each side of the body was different which I really appreciated!

Ashley is the reason for my continued membership; Exceptional experienced ability to feel the area that require attention and the ability to treat! Excellent!

Your facility is always pristine and welcoming. From the moment I walk in, I start to feel my body relax. I have always encountered helpful and quilified personnel.

I used to have a membership with another company, but I travel a lot and usually forget to book my appointments. Long story short, they only emailed me once to tell me the prices were going up. So I left that place, and that is the same reason I like H&S: I get texts and reminders that I have services available. I also got help from the receptionist when I do my walk-ins. I don't feel I'm not taking advantage of my membership.

The experience was pleasant but I can't really say that it was effective just one day later. I would like to see what time will tell. Kat was friendly and insightful but never pushed for further treatment except for coming back for repeated service in the near future

Waiting Room was very calming. The massage therapist, Very smart Named what muscles stressed fatigued. Complete bliss, excellent massage and totally relaxed when leaving completely satisfied.
