I really like SUNE the therapist. She is pleasant & polite and gives a very good massage!

Therapist was so good and really worked out my knots. Really enjoyed the CBD OIL add on.

I want to clarify that my massage and facial were both great. I am very disappointed in the receptionist Sarah, & whoever else was there Thursday evening when I booked my parents appointment. I requested both of them get an add on of CBD in their massages today, Sunday 4/21 and only one of them could get it because no one informed me that one of their therapists doesn’t use CBD. When my mom alerted me to this after speaking to Sarah, I called to inquire and the first thing she did was GROAN on the phone and say “yeah, I JUST talked to your mom about this”. I kept asking if anything could be done and she kept saying the same thing, instead of actually listening to my concerns and addressing them. When I finally got frustrated, that’s when she offered a measly $10 off on the CBD. We have been members for years (even if we have taken a few months off in between), and don’t deserve to have our loyalty rewarded with this kind of behavior. I asked to speak to a manager and Sarah continued to give one word responses. It wasn’t until I asked the name and when I should expect the call that she gave any USEFUL info.

Increase of $10 more a month

I’d had a terrible week at work and really wanted to just relax and de-stress. Saripa did an incredible job at hitting target areas that had some really tough knots that my therapist last weekend did not address. It was painful but I know that this will continue to benefit me in the long run. The reception staff are always so friendly and able to talk me through add ons that may suit my needs. Joining H&S was the best thing I’ve done for myself in a long time!

Mercedez is awesome and accommodating in all aspects of massage and mindful of my needs on an individual basis.

I really enjoyed Mitch as a massage therapist. He is one of the best massage therapist ive had in a long time... was able to work out tension in my back and neck. Only issue i had was the noise from neighboring rooms and hallway.. and also I was not made aware at time of booking that a deep tissue massage was an added on fee $10 and was told at time of checking out.

Jody is a great massage therapist after trying 3 others at this hand and Stone location. Happy I found her and if she leaves, I leave. Its not good business when you raise prices but don't give the customers that have supported you from the beginning any $$ recognition to "ease the pain" of a price increase. Frequent users reward? Also, I book 6 months out and am not rewarded for my consistency and that I don't cancel appts.

Team was welcoming and friendly. Amber is very knowledgeable and recommended a facial that made my face feel wonderful.

I have had massage therapy for years and have found that Hand and Stone are wonderful... Love the atmosphere,the customer service and the massage therapists so far have been excellent !
