Great massage and facial. The only problem was I started using Retina a month ago and found out the day of my appointment I couldn't get the full treatment. I was disappointed because the exfoliation is one of my favorite parts. It might be helpful if the receptionist asks before booking the appointment if there's any changes in the skin regimen or ask about Retina. That way I could have stopped using it for a week to get my full treatment that I paid for. Also, I think it is a little over priced to pay $30 for an upgraded mask service that you can buy at your store and use at home.

The cost is appropriate and the quality of services is high!

Stephanie is fantastic! She's the best aesthetician that I've ever had. She takes time to get to know you and recommend the appropriate treatment. Other places feel like they just want to sell you services and products. At H&S, they care about the person. I'm so glad I found this place and Stephanie!

My massage therapist Nicole was great! I mentioned to her I had lower back pain and she focused on that area. She did just the right amount of pressure. I'm pleased to say this has been the best massage I've received from here and I will definitely be scheduling with her again!
