Very high price for non members

I thought that I clicked I was It would be great though if they have the awesome spa water on weekdays not weekends bc most spas do that. Also magazines in the waiting area would be great too. Usually there’s none of a couple.

Web software is antiquated and needs to be updated

Hard to book last minute appointments near me. I had to drive more of a distance.

Availability for longer massage was non existent. I would like more options for time slots.

The receptionist should be more friendly and accommodating!

It is difficult to get an appt, and every time I find a good therapist, they quit. Hopefully, the turnover will subside at some point. Also, the price increases don't seem reasonable.

Upon arrival, I could hear management talking to my massage therapist while I was sitting in the waiting room. I could make out some words and overall the tone of the conversation sounded direct/argumentative, like my massage therapist getting scolded. Not very relaxing. I felt awkward and uncomfortable knowing my massage therapist was going into our session possibly stress and unsettled. I think if management needs to speak to their employees they should make sure they keep their voice down and/or speak somewhere more privately. Overall my massage therapist did a good job.

Aesthetician was very experienced and friendly. The upsell concept felt like a bit too much. I paid extra for the chest but really I think that should be included in a normal facial. Overall I was happy to be able to book and get in quickly. A skin looked better same day but the next day looks the same

Everything was fine. It was an average experience.
