My therapist was incredibly skilled and the massage was perfect HOWEVER at the beginning he mentioned how most people like a quiet massage and he was glad I was chatty, and I said, actually I had a long day, I'd love to just relax. He talked relentlessly the entire time. Personal stories, anecdotes, likes, dislikes, etc. It is very awkward to be on the table and try to mitigate this. I was trying not to be rude, and this was taken as encouraging. Perhaps on the intake form it can be asked if the client prefers a quiet experience? It is highly uncomfortable to ask a therapist to please stop talking especially while so vulnerable. I think he is great, and maybe just needs some gentle feedback in that area. Thank you!

The experience was made highly satisfactory due to Jodi being an experienced therapist as well as kind and understanding. She recommended an 80 minute massage session every 2 weeks. The front desk girls are nice and friendly and I love the location.

Nothing major, just could hear the noise from the next door business, so maybe turn up the music a little

I wish the therapist had asked me about the pressure to use and learned a llittle bit more about where my tension points were. Overall it was a good experience.

Reception staff greeted me. I was asked if I needed restroom. Neither offered me water and they chatted a bit too loudly among themselves while I was waiting. It was less relaxing than usual.

The music turned off several times during the 60 minute massage, but fortunately the therapist turned on her own music to compensate. The lack of on-site full-service amenities was fine for a $119 price point, but I would probably not return to this setting at a $160 price point.
