My experience was very good overall and Ali was extremely knowledgeable and great. I was satisfied to highly satisfied and will be coming back. To me, “highly satisfied” is hard to attain and would have to go above and beyond in all categories.

I’m not sure I want to continue my membership after my vacation hold. Doesn’t seem easy to cancel though.

My appointment did not begin until 17 minutes after the hour. The therapist was extremely apologetic and extended the time to accommodate the full 50 minutes. None of the reception staff let me know she was running behind or let me know what was going on. I really enjoy seeing Jessica and will continue to do so! Just would appreciate better communication.

I don't like feeling nickel & dimed when I come in to relax. All the upcharges are ridiculous, I was charged twice for cupping on a 100 minute massage so, $30 for cupping. That's when I was completely turned off by the whole H&S experience. Aromatherapy is $10, that's ridiculous when a whole bottle cost less than $20.

You all age getting expensive. I get the up- sale treatment so they spend time on trying to upsale me not on receiving the treatment. Also the cleaning person had just finished a cigarette so the place smelled like an ashtray while I was waiting.
