The prenatal massage table insert is incredibly hot and uncomfortable. Most of the massage felt like I was just having lotion rubbed on me instead of more muscle work. I specifically asked for a focus on my hips and lower back and very little of the massage was spent on those areas. The therapist also started late and ended early. (Not more than 43 minutes of a massage)

My last two massages were such a disappointment. I've been highly satisfied with facials and massages in the past but the last two have not given me confidence that the selection of qualified clinicians is important to you at this time. Both went about their routine as though they just wanted to get it taken care of and finish. I will reconsider my membership if the next massage is as the last two.

I like to know what I'm being charged for and like to determine how I pay for it. The receptionist I frequently get doesn't answer my questions and charges how she wants to rather than letting me choose to use a service credit, my account balance or a cc. Plus she has over charged me twice in the last while and I have had to call in the following day to have it corrected. I don't like dealing with her and it gives me stress when I see her. She makes me not want to deal with this location. The bed I seem to get lately is really lumpy and bothers me when I'm face down. My therapist has laid down extra towels to try to smooth it out. If it's old replace it. The last 2 times I came in my therapist took me late, even though I was there early and she finished the same time as we always do. I don't like this.

I waited a little over twenty minutes for my appointment. It would have been nice to have been notified that the massage therapist was running behind. They did offer complementary aromatherapy which was fine.

It seems expensive for what I get, but I'm not the most experienced. Seems like an up charge to seem like a discount when buying the membership.

Just really expensive, which you did not have to be a member.

Probably one of the least relaxing massages I have ever gotten. The therapist’s techniques seemed very rushed and jerky and not remotely soothing. Parts of the massage were painful and seemed more like a deep tissue massage, even though I didn’t sign up for deep tissue and I told him at the beginning that my goal was to relax and have a nice soothing massage. I also paid extra for the aromatherapy scalp massage and salt stones, neither of which lasted very long or were very relaxing. I didn’t know it was possible to mess up a scalp massage, but the technique used felt very rushed and awkward. There was also an awkward part in the middle where he kept asking questions about “what health means to me” and “what I do to relax” that seems very uncomfortably placed. If those questions need to be asked, they should be done at the beginning and not in the middle of a session where I am quietly trying to relax.

I would frequently get incorrectly charged but this able to be fixed rather quickly. It took me mlt calls to cancel my membership. The cost for service is expensive.

It's crazy that there's not an online booking system! Have to call in every time but usually I don't remember to do so during working hours.
