I loved my experience at hand and stone, and I will definitely be back. But I wasn't satisfied with how long at had to wait for my facial. But everything else was amazing, especially the service.

The only issue I had with my appointment was that I was notified two hours before my massage, that my therapist was unavailable, and that I could reschedule later in the day for a shorter service. While I appreciated the effort to resolve the problem—it was not ideal as really needed the longer treatment.

Raul is extremely knowledgeable on massage techniques and shoulder pain. The only area that could use a bit of improvement is the air time. I normally get called in close the the exact hour of my appt but the last two visits I waited up to 6 min after the hour.

Honestly if it was my first spa experience then it would have been fine but compartively to other spas that I have paid less or equal too, there was more offerings in terms of transition area, robs, locker room, water/snacks being offered, aromatherapy not being an extra charge. The vibe I felt was almost like a doctors appt. You check in, wait in the reception area, have your appt, get out. It makes for a much less relaxing experience.

Massage was very week. Boring. It was like she was tired. Hardly pushed at all. I asked for firm. And got little pushes. Probably the worst massage I’ve had there. But all n all not horrible. Just not to my liking. My facial was awesome. 10 out of 10

This was one of those days where my back was not feeling good. The therapist hooked me up . I really felt like 2 hours was not enough maybe next time they should suggest not to have to many add ons

Feel like i'm being nickle and dimed now. I used to think this was a good value service but with the increase in cost of the membership and an additional cost for a prenatal massage I'm having a hard time justifying it.

The massage experience was good but not great - the therapist was not overly friendly but did communicate about areas I asked him to avoid. I didn’t get the opportunity to add aroma therapy and at the end he gave me a warm towel but didn’t place it on my feet like I’ve had done in the past.

I was hoping that Hand and Stone would have had various scented oils one could choose from fit their massage. The room ambiance felt sparse and not necessarily relaxing. I really appreciated that my masseuse wore a mask and she was very responsive to my requests.
