I don’t like feeling nickeled and dimed with upgrade suggestions. I would have enjoyed an introductory massage with my facial appointment. The membership was confusing and I paid $100 then paid for my massage the next day because gal who helped me said she could push membership through but other gal said no but next months would be credited.

Kept trying to upsell even though I said I wanted a standard facial

I am highly satisfied with my hand and stone experience. Kay and Marabell are my favorite massage therapist and esthetician.

I feel that it is not appropriate for the receptionist to have to ask their patrons if they will be leaving a gratuity and how much in a lobby with people that are all in ear shot of conversation. It should be done like restaurants on a receipt of service. Not professional.

My experience was completely satisfactory. I believe highly satisfied would require something special. Which didn’t happen.

It was my first time coming to hand and stone. My massage therapist was very smart and had great understanding of which muscles to work on for my pain. My massage therapist didn’t realize it was my first time visiting or that it was only my second time getting a massage, so initially, the experience was slightly uncomfortable.

There was no receptionist when I entered and I yelled out a few times but nooone came. Just odd to me no one was up front for what seemed like five minutes. The overall look and design was dark and dismal. When I the spa I think light, fresh, clean. The hallways so dark it was not good.

I didn't think the therapist did her best. Therapists aren't supposed to have at least one hand on you at all times. I didn't like that she started me face down also she didn't do both sides of my body the same, some more times than the other. It just wasn't up to the therapists i have had in the past.

The experience was great. The staff was amazing. The price is just too high for me too continue for very long. I’m going to have to cancel soon.
