he massage was great. My only problem was that the receptionists tend to use credits for payment instead of gift cards WITHOUT ASKING OR TELLING YOU. The gift cards expire, so they should be used firts. Also, my son had a massage and they had no number on file so they did not send a reminder to me or to him -- I was out of town and he missed it, so I was charged. I get that, but if they had sent a reminder, he would have shown up so that kind of sucks. If they did not have his number, I wish they would have asked for it when I booked it for him.

Hand and Stone is convenient, fairly priced, and reliable. I’ve gone to multiple therapists and always had a good experience. I almost always call same day for an appointment and can always get in. I will continue going back.

Mary is an amazing massage therapist. She provided time focused on areas I discussed as troublesome at the beginning of the massage. Her professionalism was amazing. I am looking forward to my next massage with her.

Every therapist I have encountered at this location has always been highly skilled. Never walked out disappointed.

When I left the facility, the pain I was experiencing when I came in was 90% gone. Even though the actual massage was not relaxing it was extremely therapeutic and that’s what I needed. I say not relaxing because he targeted specific areas that were quite sore when I came in. Scott was excellent.

I have always felt welcomed at Hand and Stone. All staff members are polite and courteous. The massage therapists are knowledgeable and have provided excellent services. I am pleased that they asked about the goal of the massage (or other service), and if there are any other specifics that they need to know to be able to provide what I am looking for. I have been a member for years, and I plan on continuing my visits in the future.
