It wasn't really anyone's fault but my boyfriend was supposed to get the deep tissue and some how it got mixed up and I got the deep tissue not him. So the pressure was too much for me and not enough for him. It being our first massages we didn't know until after. The only reason we won't be coming back though is because we don't live in the area

Wish I was told about the extra charge of couple’s room and hot stone before the services.

It just isn't the same since Sunee retired. Everything is fine but not exceptional. My second therapist was very good but her schedule changed. The therapist yesterday was very nice but what she did was just a "feel good" massage, very repeatative movements but not necessarily thereputic. Yes, I will continue my membership but since I drive from Simi Valley, I may just change to Porter Ranch. I was not happy when I tried the Thousand Oaks location. I started at Costa Mesa because I lived there for 36 years. Since moving, I continued to go to Costa Mesa on the one day a month I go there for my hairdresser. But the atmosphere has changed and I don't like the way you handled the accumulation of credit during the time you were shut down due to covid.

My massage room was the first room in, directly from the waiting/lobby area. Because of the close proximity of my room location to lobby, I heard lots of noise; people talking, doors closing, rustling around. The noise factor was a little bit of a turn off. A hanger on the back of the door would have been nice as well, in order to hang my clothes. And lastly, the music played while I was having massage, seemed to be recorded and playing on maybe a phone...? Weird stopping and starting and fuzzy sounding.

I don't understand the question. I was satisfied. I don't willy-nilly give five stars to everything, as then the rating would be useless. I recognize that many young Americans believe that anything less than five stars is a "ding", but I feel that is a stupid belief. Not everyone can get an "A".....

The towels are really rough when they wipe the oil off your skin. Massage could be a little slower & not so fast

Everything was good. Need to continue to schedule with my preferred therapist. She was not available this visit. All is good.

Music was a little loud in the reception area. There was a male guest in the area who had his mask under his chin. I waited outside until I needed to use the restroom and my therapist waited for me in the hallway.
