Very professional therapist. Made me feel relaxed. Overall she did a great job! I will be back.

It felt a bit rushed, I was a first time client and didn’t know if there was an option to add any additional services (scalp massage, for example). the therapist did not introduce herself to me so i didn’t know her name. Therefore, the visit it seemed impersonal.

The accounting is wrong. I should still have a credit balance but receptionist said I did not have any balance left and took her along time to research. It made me not trust your organization.

Its October. It's way too cold in the massage room even with heater on bed. Currently you only have one man at your Costa Mesa location so difficult to get a time booked and find an opening with him. Mitch moved to your HB location and that is not convenient for me. Thank you

The facial time seamed short. I would have like a bit more time for the relaxing part of the facial. Also the appointment cost $220 including serum. That is allot of money. Products should be better priced. The serum cost me $138.

It would be nice to have a cover for eyes when faced up. It would be nice to offer heat on table. It would be nice to include glutes.

I asked to apply my tip with the money I have accumulated in credits and they wouldn’t let me. So they charged me. I explained that this is money you’ve been charging me. Then they told me I could us one of my gift cards with a balance towards the tip on my next treatment. Made no sense. Why be difficult to do business with?

I believe me not being highly satisfied is simply because you all just opened back up. I myself am in the Skin Care Industry for many years. We are all a little nervous with this new normal. When I flipped over on to my tummy I smelled the strong smell of BLEACH. Which was not relaxing at all. I love Hand and Stone in Costa Mesa and I especially love how awesome the entire staff is there. Always professional, KIND, engaging. I cant wait till my next massage when It will most likely feel more relaxed and a little back to normal. Our new normal whatever that looks like. Hand and Stones has always been on point with cleanliness and great hygiene. But now we are all asked to go above and beyond our normal CLEAN ROUTINE. Thanks for the opportunity to explain myself. Compared to other massage places, it is more expensive for a similar quality massage. Also they aren’t as long. This trip I didn’t get enough pressure after I was asked, but I love my massage therapist so I will let her know next time.
