I scheduled a couples massage but I was not told that it is actually $10 extra per person

I was bummed that when it went from $60 to $70 per credit for members and I wasn't "grandfathered" in. I also don't like how associates have not warned me that turning a credit into a gift card or some similar service has a cost. I realize there is a cost after looking at my bank statements. I would like more transparency. Thank you

I was very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the front desk receptionists, especially during these crazy times in our world. I could really feel they wanted me to feel safe and comfortable while I waited for my appointment. My massage therapist, Mariah, definitely listened to my requests about what kind of massage I wanted and I felt very relaxed at the end. The only off-putting thing was she did not seem super friendly. She asked me a couple times if I was satisfied with the pressure (which I appreciated since it was my first time with her), but she otherwise seemed un-enthused and annoyed to be at work. I'm going to switch to another therapist next time just to see if we click better. Amber did my facial and I greatly enjoyed that service. She always makes me feel relaxed, and makes great suggestions to add to my service without making me feel pressured. Overall, Hand and Stone is a great place to go, and I would highly recommend it to my friends.

They were running behind about 15 mins. Not a big deal but would be nice to have better communication about it. Carolina was very nice but did not seem as experienced and smooth as other therapists I’ve had in the past.

Masseauge didn’t emphasize she is doing sports massage. She just listened to me. Later I paid for the sports massage and I thought to myself, it felt more like a regular massage than a sports massage. Because I have had sports massage from different person at same location and I could tell the difference. Also, later that same night I got sick with the flu- so I do not know where I first got exposed to the flu however I am concerned if the facilities were wiped down frequently enough from germs.

Need to purchase additional services tio get sufficient outcome. Cost of service is already expensive if you are providing only minimal services

Some of the rooms are very noisy especially #9 flushing toilet. Some therapists have standing appt.s which makes it difficult to get an appt.

The reception area was packed with people and there was only one receptionist at the desk to handle incoming and outgoing clients.
