If this is in regards to my appointment in Costa Mesa, then everything is said is applicable - They were all friendly, hospitable, and professional. However, I do not share the same sentiments with the Tustin location. The Tustin location’s receptionists are very disorganized and I have dealt with excessive hold times, appointments that weren’t scheduled by the staff, and lack of knowledge about the brand to the point where I almost cancelled my membership. The Tustin location needs to get their act together.

Everyone was very friendly! From my massage the technique of Jessica was alittle strange for my liking! And Jennifer facial was awesome, once I got over the fact she use the same movement over and over! I will definitely get more facials, the results are great!! Checkung out there was a misunderstanding with the amount of the tip, it was pretty noisy or maybe it just seemed that way cause I was so relaxed!! Hand and stone is a wonderful spa!! Thank you..see u soon

I asked my therapist to focus on my very tight leg muscles. The therapist hardly touched my legs at all and focused on my back and arms. I am a runner and come to get my muscles massaged, this was a disappointment, and I hope next time the therapist is more receptive to my asks.

I feel the music lacks and hate the rain soundtrack. How about you change it up? your musac is very boring, and been the same for years. My therapist was able to put some delightful soft piano music on her own speaker. Look forward to next time! thank you, your member, gwen feiner

My appointment was running behind but my masseuse still ended the massage at the 50 minute mark as if we had started on time.

I don’t understand why you can’t use your excess packages toward the 80 minute massage. I have five massages I still had to use my credit card for the difference in cost of a 50 minute massage versus an 80 minute. I also have a problem with not being able to gift my massages to third parties without paying an additional fee

Politics were brought up during the massage. Everything else great. I don’t live in the atea

Highly satisfied I would reserve for a high end luxury spa. I believe Hand & Stone is the best in terms of a value and options. Please note my massage therapist was Salis (guessing the spelling) he was very knowledgeable and personable. He met my expectations. I treated my daughter Elise who did not have the same experience, underwhelming would be a word a good word. Elise thought it could be the therapist first experience and her light touch was a disappointed waste of time. I must admit I have only had very good experiences however, I thought you should know. Thank you for asking.

The staff. The cleanliness of the spa. The overall experience .

I added the decompression treatment. I asked if she had done it prior to starting my massage and she said she had. She didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing, didn’t use enough pressure, didn’t spend long enough on areas of need.
