Every massage and therapist is a different experience. I was satisfied with the service, it just wasn’t as relaxing as others.

The overall cost is expensive in terms of time being massaged for that time. Options for longer times should be considered. There should be more direction for first timers.

The therapists I have seen there have been amazing. The reception has been mixed to bad- I called in April to cancel my membership due to relocation and it was never done. I called again when I noticed I had continued to be charged and the two people I spoke to (non-managers) were very rude and Unaccommodating. They said they’d have a manager call me back. I had to call again. Tyler handled my request and was professional. I do think your add-ons are overpriced.... as a member I had to pay $10 extra dollars for deep tissue which seems silly. I would also try other add-ons like the cbd oil if it wasn’t so expensive. $20 at most seems reasonable. Members should get a special discount.

Of the therapists that i've seen Jody is the one i feel most comfortable with and i think is able to help with my issues the best. She does great work.

The cost increase is difficult to continue my subscription. It takes a while to find the right fit in a therapist and I’d hoped that loyalty and longevity would be honored or grandfathered in. Also, I did have an experience with a couples massage that felt like there were a number of hidden additional fees on top of my subscription

I was highly satisfied with my message therapist and my message. I think the receptionist could be more knowledgeable and friendlier.

Timely appointment times. Manner of some reception staff. Length of time to book over the phone.

Price without membership is too high.
