I have been given several gift certificate supposedly good for a massage. The receptionist charged me an additional $10. Because of the location used vs. purchased. I feel my gift certificates disappeared after they were “loaded” to my account. I will no do that in the future.

The only thing I was dissatisfied with my visit is that there was messy, left over brownies on the table that did not look appetizing. The holiday decorations (Valentine’s Day) looked tacky.

The experience was great, however to get a highly satisfying review, the level of experience needed something extra, something above and beyond. On this trip, that didn’t occur, so it was a great, satisfying experience, not a highly satisfying experience.

I feel the massage therapist did not have experience and just went through a routine versus addressing the areas I requested to be addressed.

The only thing that fell short for me was the lack of avaliablity for appointments that worked with my schedule, but that’s understanble due to the business of the holiday season.

The headrest in room four doesn’t work that well. I’ve mentioned it before and had forgotten until I laid down this past visit. The U-shape you place your head in moves out so all the weight ends up being in your forehead. So instead of being relaxed, there is unnecessary tension in your neck. I’m going to ask not to be put in that room again

The reception staff at this location isn't the most personable. They say my name when I check in and out, which is nice, but a few times I've been made to feel I was in the wrong for either not understanding the parameters of the appt, or a mistake was made (in this recent visit, I was booked as a deep tissue massage, even though I didn't request one when I booked the appt and the receptionist said to make sure the next time that I'm not booked for one. I asked her how am I supposed to check on something I'm not even aware of? And she then said, well, next time just check.)

Inconsistent knowledge of receptionist on frequent flyer card for prebooking. Some say you need to prebook 5 times then 6 time $20 off. Others say you need 6 times and then $20 off. On the card it clearly says “prebook 5 times and $20 off”

I was not satisfied in the Costa Mesa location because they charged $10 more for a deep-tissue massage whereas the Tustin location does not. The Tustin location is not accommodating to my schedule.
