Live Sunee, not sure why I'm being asked this question

Excellent service but to be highly satisfied I would like to have eye pads hen I roll over ( I didn’t ask nor are they offered). Also, when massaging my neck it irritated the skin. Sometimes I get a slight itch and rash after which could be from the lotion.

Several reasons I am not satisfied with the services.1) The esthetician called me to the room at 7:12 pm. appt time was 7 pm. 2) I looked at my phone and was in my car at 7:57 pm. I paid for 1 hour facial not 43 min facial. 3) Esthetician spent 10 min on massage on my neck and shoulders...i would have her rather focus more on my facial. 4) Lastly I paid in cash, was not given a receipt by cashier. I called back after 10 min yo ask if a receipt can be emailed to me, Jessica said that their power went out earlier and thus she cannot use a scanner. instead he would send me a receipt the next morning. I haven't received the receipt yet. Poor follow through.

Massage room is located next to restroom. You can hear the toilet flush

I'm highly satisfied with my massage therapist Jodi. My dissatisfaction is with the waiting area, there is never enough seats for customers while I wait for my services. This has happened on more than one occasion.

The message therapist was just ok. What not want to use her again.

I love hand and stone and have had a mempership for quite some time now! I love the massages every time, but unfortunately after my last facial I felt like my skin looked the same. There were many areas that still needed extractions.

I don't want to criticize the therapist, but she seemed ‘new?’ and not to have a continuity about her yet. I’m sure it will come in time. Additionally, I have never felt fingernails during a massage, and it seemed odd and maybe a faux pax. I’m sure some people may like feeling them but it was uncomfortable for me. I may be the only one who feels this way, but was just letting you know.

Despite completing paperwork and using my credit card for payment, my name was spelled wrong on multiple occasions. Also, when signing up for the membership, I was not offered to pre-book my next appointment and was not given my membership number. It wasn't until I got home and took time to read through the welcome package that I was aware of making an account online to track my visits and points which required my membership number information. I am still very pleased with my service and will happily be a member, but I would have hoped that the receptionist provide this information for me when signing up.

While the esthetician was very good and competent, I was unable to book the appointment with the esthetician I would have liked to. Other than that, I have no complaints. She did a nice job.
