The process to 'reschedule' during this challenging time was good, other than the problems H & S were having with their new phone system. The experience was very professional, safe, and welcoming, all at the same time. The manager, Patty, and the phone staff were very reassuring and friendly. Ashley, my therapist, certainly was very knowledgeable about massaging, as well as very kind, patient, and most pleasant throughout the visit. So very happy that the Huntingdon Valley location is up and running again. Was missing my monthly massage -- which I consider an "essential service." This was the first time that Ashley was my therapist --- she did an excellent job and I will be booking more massages with her. Can't wait until you guys can offer facials again!
