The receptionist, Mya, was wonderful, and thoroughly explained everything both before and after my massage. She gave me a detailed, but prompt, run down of add-on options, as well as membership details. She offered suggestions that helped make my experience more worthwhile. My massage therapist, Brianna, was courteous and made me feel great! She asked if I had any specific concerns or conditions to address. I will definitely be back!

When making my appointment the receptionist spent a long time with me on the phone making sure my gift cards were in good standing for my appointment. Chad my massage therapist listened to my concerns and the massage was wonderful.

I have always been treated very well as a customer including immediately being greeted by the people at the front desk. The message therapists always make sure that everything is to my liking, including asking me what to focus on. I leave feeling very relaxed which is what I am seeking.

Had booked a massage for myself and a facial for my mom, who is about to have breast cancer surgery. Mom had a medical appointment in the am and could not make the facial appointment. Deanna (receptionist) arranged for Karen, the esthetician, and Susan, the massage therapist, to coordinate their schedules so that I could use the second appointment. Both services were relaxing and comforting. The Huntingdon Valley location is wonderful and staff is fantastic. Will continue to remain a client -- and happily so. Now, once Mom heals, I need to get her to your location! I know she will have a wonderful experience.

This was my second appointment with Kendall. My first was a prenatal. She was very accommodating of my breastfeeding needs and hip injury. She worked extra on the specific areas I requested.
